At Arb-LOLER, our mission is to provide high-quality safety inspections for your Arboricultural equipment to businesses and individuals in need of a quality service that works for your company, no matter the size.
We believe that safety should always be a top priority and strive to make it easy for our customers to protect themselves and those around them, by taking into account the commercial aspect of your business.
Our goal is to offer both cost effective solutions for your business to keep you complient aswell as working.
LOLER inspections are a legal requirement under The Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).
As a professional independent arborist or organisation, you are responsible for ensuring you have regular LOLER inspections carried out on all tree climbing and rigging kits by a qualified inspector. As an organisation it is your responsibility to ensure a LOLER inspection is carried out whether the equipment is owned or not, but used on company time.
These inspections must be carried out every 6 months on climbing equipment (equipment that suports people) and every 12 months on rigging equipment. If there are any exceptional circumstances where you feel the safety of your equipment has been compromised, then an additional inspection is highly advised.
LOLER Certificate:
A LOLER certificate is a report which should be always kept with the kit. The report should contain:
